Everything You Need to Know About Ataa AI

Quick answers about our platform, one-time credit purchases, and services

What is Ataa AI?

+
Ataa AI is an AI-assisted workspace for responding to RFPs and tenders. Upload a tender PDF to extract requirements and create editable technical and financial proposal drafts for your team to review before submission.

How do I get started?

+
Create an account, set up your company profile (name, registration number, experience), then upload the tender document as PDF. AI will analyze the requirements and generate your technical and financial proposal automatically.

What file formats are supported for uploading tender documents?

+
Currently we support PDF files only. Make sure the file is clear and readable for the best results.

How long does it take to generate a proposal?

+
Usually less than 5 minutes depending on the size of the tender document. This includes analyzing requirements, generating technical and financial proposals, and bill of quantities.

How much does it cost?

+
See the pricing page for the current package price, proposal credits and validity period. View package and pricing

Can I edit the proposal after generation?

+
Yes, you can review and edit the technical and financial proposal before final export. The platform provides an editor to modify content as needed.

What export formats are available?

+
You can export proposals in PDF, Word, and Excel formats — ready for direct upload to government tender platforms.

Does the platform support Bill of Quantities (BOQ)?

+
Yes, the platform analyzes tender documents and automatically extracts the BOQ, then generates the financial proposal based on it with pricing and cost calculations.

Is my data secure?

+
Yes, we use SSL encryption to protect data in transit and PBKDF2 to protect passwords. We do not share or sell your data to any third party.

What government platforms are supported?

+
Ataa AI creates exportable proposal documents rather than submitting bids on your behalf. You can review the output and upload it to the procurement portal required by the buyer. Saudi-specific calculations are available where applicable.

Is there a refund guarantee?

+
Yes. Purchases in SAR via Paymob are refundable within 7 days, and USD purchases via Paddle within 15 days, provided the credits are unused. Email support@tender-gov.com to request a refund.

How do I contact support?

+
You can contact us through the support page and we will respond within 2 business days. You can also email us directly.

How does tender document analysis work?

+
The AI reads the PDF and identifies scope, specifications, timelines, BOQ data, payment terms, guarantees, and penalties. It then produces an editable draft and structured requirements summary. Your bid team remains responsible for validating the source document and final submission.

What is the difference between a technical and financial proposal?

+
The technical proposal includes the work methodology, execution plan and timeline, project organizational structure, quality and risk management plan, and the company's previous experience. The financial proposal includes BOQ analysis, direct and indirect cost estimation, profit margin, and the total price. Both are automatically generated from the tender specifications.

How is a construction tender priced?

+
The platform extracts BOQ items, units, and quantities and helps structure direct costs, indirect costs, and margin assumptions. These figures are decision support only and should be checked against current supplier quotes, local taxes, and your company’s commercial approval process.

Can I upload the generated proposal directly to Etimad?

+
Yes, after review. The technical and financial proposals export as two separate PDF files, and you upload each to its envelope on Etimad with the statutory documents and bid bond. The Etimad proposal guide on this site covers the upload steps and the mistakes that disqualify bids.

What is the difference between the technical and financial proposal?

+
The technical proposal explains how you will deliver and is scored against the tender criteria; the financial proposal states the price and is opened after the technical evaluation. The platform produces both separately and never places a price in the technical file, since that is grounds for disqualification.

How many sections does a generated proposal contain?

+
Eight core sections: tender and company information, company profile and experience, project scope and methodology, workforce and schedule, risk and quality management, bill of quantities and prices, cost breakdown and payment schedule, and financial terms and validity.

Does the platform calculate VAT and bonds?

+
Yes. The financial proposal adds 15% VAT on the subtotal and writes the total in figures and words, and it extracts the bid and performance bond percentages and validity from the tender for the financial terms section. The guarantee letter itself is issued by your bank.

Are my data and uploaded tender documents secure?

+
Files are used only to analyse your tender and build your proposal inside your account. They are never published or used to train models, and you can delete a proposal and its files from your dashboard at any time. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Does the platform support tenders outside Saudi Arabia?

+
Yes. The analysis engine detects the country, currency and tax from the document and supports Arabic and English tenders across the Gulf, Egypt, Jordan and Iraq, following each country's rules in the wording. The blog has a submission guide for every national procurement portal.

How long does a full proposal take?

+
Tender analysis takes one to a few minutes depending on size, then the eight sections generate in under five minutes. Human review and statutory attachments remain before upload.

Can I edit the proposal after it is generated?

+
Yes. Edit the text inside the platform, or export to Word for wording changes and to Excel for prices with live formulas, then to PDF for the final upload.
