1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all users. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms as a legally binding agreement.

2. Service Description

Ataa AI is an online platform operated by bus-intelligence for analyzing tender documents and generating technical and financial proposals using artificial intelligence. Generated proposals are advisory and analytical and do not constitute official financial or legal advice.

3. Acceptable Use

Permitted:

  • Legitimate commercial use
  • Generating technical and financial proposals for tender submissions
  • Printing and downloading proposals for professional use

Prohibited:

  • Reselling proposals commercially without written permission
  • Attempting to hack the platform or manipulate algorithms
  • Fraudulent or misleading use

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Payments are processed through the secure Paymob gateway. Refund: Full refund within 7 days of subscription, no fees.

Payments are also processed through the secure PADDLE gateway. Refund: Full refund within 15 days of subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform retains intellectual property rights to the platform and its algorithms. Generated proposal content belongs to the user.

6. Disclaimer

⚠️ Generated proposals are analytical tools. The platform is not responsible for tender results. Always review your proposal before submission.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
